Why this web site?
Major legislation and public policy issues are influenced by public information (votes, hearings, policy debates, press releases, etc.) available to everyone. Many of these issues used to be decided by a few "insiders" and lobbyists. They rarely are today. This web site attempts to organize all of the information available on this issue. SATCOM Coalition believes that this issue should be debated fully and openly.
